The coalition grew to 9 members in early 2025, but now boasts a membership of 10 rescues. In 2025, CART more than doubled our transport volume, thanks to a major grant from PetSmart Charities. However, this transport grant has been discontinued. CART must find new replacement funding to maintain our current volume.
